"This resort was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Not a huge resort but big enough with plenty amenities. The outdoor bar and outdoor seating area near the pool area have a beautiful view to the ocean. The servers in the buffet and bartenders were so attentive and great.The bed and pillows in our room were very comfortable. This resort is also within walking diatance to the famous 5th avenue. I would definitely return to stay at this resort."

"It was my boyfriend’s first time on vacation and for two people who don’t have kids, we had a great time at a family resort. There was so much to do and the food was amazing. The buffet was perfect every time we went. So many options and the drinks are endless. The AC could have been a bit better. But overall amazing time and would come back again. The staff were amazing with remembering names which was incredible and felt very welcoming. "

"The property was absolutely beautiful! I usually have an issues finding chairs at all-inclusives but I never felt like this was the case (or like I had to get up early to “claim” a spot). This resort is huge and I’m sure that helps! It’s nice for walking, but a shuttle is available for those who have mobility issues (it just takes some patience waiting for it to come around). As someone traveling with adults and no children I also enjoyed there were adult-only sections! :) The staff were all very kind, the ONLY concern I had during my stay (which some of my friends had the same issues), is that there seems to be either miscommunication or technical issues with their website and food reservation systems. Two times during my stay I visited guest services to ask about modifying the number of guests (they were very kind and able to help accommodate these requests) however, once I showed up to the restaurants, these modifications had not carried over and was almost denied entry both times. These were awkward interactions and I could feel frustration on the staff’s end (as I’m sure they encounter guests asking for modifications last minute quite often) however, this was not the case in my scenarios. I do wish the restaurants were easier to reserve - there always seems to be open tables, which does allow for a more peaceful dinner experience, but it is unfortunate more people cannot enjoy them. I would recommend attempting to book them right after check in. Food is great! :)"
