"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"The property is very nicely located, steps from Charing Cross station. Which is a quick to ride to any of the Gatwick trains. My biggest issue was when I arrived. There was absolutely no air-conditioning in the room. The Front Desk was very disinterested in helping. They showed up with a fan that had clearly been left in the hallway from the previous occupants of the room who had the same complaint. "Have had many stays at the MILLENIUM. Stayed in a club room but the “happy hour” amenity was no longer happening. Would have liked to have been informed on booking as this was a nice feature. But far worse, black mold on the tile under the sink!!!! Gave me the heebie jeebies every time a sat on the toilet. The Grand Lady in general is looking a little dated. There was one front desk clerk who was less than cordial, however, remainder of staff were great, ad usual."
