"Andrea’s place was an excellent base for a first time visit to Rome. It was close and walkable to all the key landmarks and neighbourhoods that we wanted to visit. The room was a little small but had a cute little balcony where you could enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast. We will definitely visit Rome again and would absolutely choose to stay at the Casa Montani again."

"I loved the hotel, it is a classic heritage style which I love and is small enough to mean that you get the personal touches that you don’t get in a larger property. Room was beautifully maintained. Restaurant and bar were also lovely with a nice selection in offer. Staff were all faultless and super friendly. Hotel is next to Piazza Del Popolo so well placed for central Rome sights. We travelled with a small child who was also well looked after. "

"Ideal for centre of Rome and relatively cheap. Daily reception and room cleaning. Nowhere to relax if weather inclement. Would return for short tour of Rome. "

"In a wonderful location close to everything! Francesco was so helpful and the building manager was wonderful. The entry codes to unlock the doors is a little challenging (requires wi-fi). Bed and pillows very comfortable. Loved that we could open the windows. Next to a main bus line and beautiful plaza. Marble steps to the Borghese gardens. Walked to the Borghese Gallery with gorgeous staues by Bernini and others."

"We were greeted by Antonio, who was very nice and welcoming. He showed us how everything in the room worked, the lights, windows, and air conditioner. He took extra time to make sure we understood where we were in relation to all of the attractions in Rome. The room was comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided. It was quiet and a solid stay. I would definitely stay again. Great location!"

"The area is very walkable with many restaurants and shops. The place has easy access from the street and the staff was very helpful and offered recommendations for restaurant for dinner and breakfast around the area. "

"If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. The breakfast they serve is also very delicious. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one. When we visit Rome again, we will definitely stay here!"
