This was our second stay at the hotel within a week, returning after a few days in Florence—and it reaffirmed how much we appreciated this place.
We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) in a family suite, and the setup was ideal. The suite was very clean and exceptionally spacious, featuring two living rooms, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Having that kind of space made a huge difference, especially for a longer stay, giving everyone room to relax comfortably.
The location is another strong point—convenient and well-positioned, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city without stress.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every request we made was handled quickly and efficiently, and the level of attentiveness was outstanding. This is a boutique hotel with genuinely personal service—very different from large hotel chains where requests can often get lost in the system.
A special mention goes to Catalin, who went above and beyond. While we were on the train traveling from Florence back to Rome, he assisted us over WhatsApp with restaurant reservations and airport transportation for our departure. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive, which made our travel day much smoother and far less stressful.
We also want to highlight the doorman, who was consistently helpful and kind throughout our stay. His attitude felt genuinely warm and welcoming—it never came across as transactional or driven by tips, but rather as sincerity.
