This is our second visit to this hotel in the last three years. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We were dissappointed they turned the upstairs terrace into tables rather then making it an area you could lounge and not feel obligated to buy the food. We had a nice room but it was on the fourth floor and we had to take stairs which is hard on us because we are seniors.

Unfortunately our visit was hardly tolerable, as it was nothing like the website had described. Upon arrival we were greeted by no one, and the unfriendly front desk provided us minimal assistance. We were placed in the “sister” hotel, which is a sketchy offsite apartment building. Extremely dated, loud, dirty, and dangerous. This “sister hotel” is the same cost as the main hotel a whopping $300 /night, and has absolutely nothing to show for it. We were concerned for our safety, and health as it was dangerous walking through the trash filled alley way and dangerous dips/cracks/steps of the walkways. Then the Opera and Orchestra school starts their daily lessons 8am-6pm practicing a wide variety of loud and lovely instruments. Although the location was great, there is no way it compensates all of the terrible unexpected flaws the hotel had. I would describe their listing as a scam, and would recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

We had such an amazing time here and loved being so close to the Spanish Steps as well as the Metro station. The room was lovely and the local walkable to most everywhere.

We could not sleep because of loud noises from the street of unloading and loading of goods throughout the night. The air conditioner only worked on heating and could not be changed to cooling, the solution we received from Rabela was to sleep with the window open. Just a whole night without sleep. In the morning we left the hotel.

I always stay at Hotel Mozart while in Rome. The breakfast is lovely. Wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. Easy, convenient and within walking distance to the best parts of the city.
