"This is a good hotel. It was likely a great hotel 20 years ago. There was a lot of the property that was non functioning properly: elevators, card locks, air conditioners. It was actively under repairs with crews on the properly and hopefully it will improve. I will certainly check before I book again."

"The people walking around on the floor above us was disruptive to our sleep. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning - he suggested that perhaps management would look at soundproofing the floors and ceilings with the next reno. Front desk staff in the evening was ok just not as warm and welcoming as I was expecting, but the guy who checked us out was most helpful the next day. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Bed was too soft for my liking but that’s a personal preference. My only complaint is that the hotel is on a very busy street (Douglas) and the side street has a school bus depot. Our room was near the corner of both streets and we stayed during the weekday so our room was pretty loud and noisy in the early mornings. Rooms away from Douglas street might not be as loud. "

"The location was very convenient and easy to get to. Front desk staff were amazing both for checking in and out. The hotel is dated but very clean and all the basics are provided. The beds were comfortable with nice fresh bedding and lots of fluffy pillows."

"Nice rooms and lobby but restaurant quite limited - vegetarians not well served, breakfast quality meh. Location is not very walkable, but convenient access to highway."
