"The breakfast that was included was delicious and there were healthy options (avocado toast with smoked salmon and an egg was one option). The location of Firenze al Duomo can't be beat. It was perfect for walking to every notable place in the area and the Duomo right out the door! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely, one of the premium hotels to stay in the heart of Florence!"

However, the best aspect by far are the staff - I have NEVER met hotel staff this genuinely friendly, thoughtful, and going above and beyond the way that Mario, Alina, and Yuliia do. I've stayed at 5 star hotels that can't compete with this team. "

Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya.
