"Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again."

"Great location to many attractions, tours , dining and shopping . Great Gelato shop a few doors down - check in was wonderful ! Special shout out to cleaning staff, not only did they keep the property immaculate they also assisted with translation in ordering a taxi to the train station "

"Really cool, modern meets Renaissance property and conveniently located to the Duomo. The cafe in the lobby area is a beautiful and tasty place for a break between sites. However, the best aspect by far are the staff - I have NEVER met hotel staff this genuinely friendly, thoughtful, and going above and beyond the way that Mario, Alina, and Yuliia do. I've stayed at 5 star hotels that can't compete with this team. "

"Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations.
