Charming little loft apartment right next to the Duomo. Two weeks in Italy and this was our favorite hotel, the location was great and the apartment had enough room for my family and I. If we ever come back to Florence, we will definitely come back

Exceptional stay at the Granduomo

Our stay at the Granduomo hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary was exceptional - the location cannot be beaten (right next to the duomo), the rates were reasonable, the rooms were exceptional, and the service was top notch - attention to detail (bananas, pears, and water in the rooms, fresh croissants every morning, perfect decor, and stocked kitchens) was evident throughout. Thanks to the management for our stay - we will certainly come back and strongly recommend it to our family and friends

A beautiful oasis in central Florence

My 7 year old daughter and I stayed 3 nights on our long awaited trip to Florence. We loved everything about this hotel - the beautiful big room with an amazing view of the Duomo, the lovely bathroom with bath, the croissants every morning, the kitchenette etc etc. The library on the first floor was a lovely peaceful area and we loved the top floor room with the beautiful views of the Tuscan hills and Florentine rooftops as well as the Duomo. The hotel is perfectly situated (although we did struggle to find it on arrival - our map app had it in the wrong place) - we walked everywhere. I wound recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as best as it could be. They did everything possible to work around our schedule They let us check in early, offered advice on things around the are, and kept our bags after check out so we could walk around. Every morning we were provided with fresh croissants. It was magical. The property is incredible. The room we stayed in had the most amazing view. It had a wonderful kitchenette which made traveling with our 4 year old so much easier. Easily the most comfortable bed we slept in our whole trip. There is a library and a top floor lounge area.

Stop reading reviews, just stay here! Step out of the front door and there it is, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore! Amazing Boutique hotel, with 2 guest areas to unwind in. One on the 1st floor and another rooftop with wonderful views. Coffee in the guest areas was very much appreciated. The room had a mini kitchen with fridge and coffee maker. Fresh croissants are delivered every morning. This was our first hotel in Italy and it spoiled us when compared to our other choices we made on our Italian vacation.

No Regrets on this choice.

The location is about as good as you can ask for. Short walk to the train station and a short walk to all the attractions. I was worried about the street sounds, but the windows were amazing at keeping it quiet, though we did take advantage of the free music in the evenings. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator is slow and small, but it got us to our floor without having to climb stairs. The room we had was amazing... Comfortable bed, lots of room to move around, A little kitchenette hidden behind some doors, and lots of closet space, and croissants waiting at our door every morning.
