"We loved our stay here! Don’t expect the fanciest room but it was perfect for our short stay and it’s in the best spot right in front of the duomo our room window opens up to a view of the duomo! It was so convenient. And the receptionist is SO SWEET he made sure we had everything we needed and he helped make reservations for us at restaurants super helpful!! They have gelato and water in the kitchen. Loved it."

"We enjoyed our stay here! Because our trip to Florence was short, we picked this based on cleanliness and location. It was both clean and so convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room did the trick! If I stayed longer I would have chosen a room with more bells and whistles, but we didn’t need that, and had a nice stay. "We stayed at the Brunelleschi for three nights, and everything about the hotel is perfect. Although it's a bit difficult navigating to the hotel through the narrow streets of Florence, the staff was very helpful in getting us close, where a bell hop was waiting to direct us the rest of the way. Then they arranged for a driver from the garage to pick up and return the car when we checked out. Not enough emphasis seems to go to the maids who tend to the rooms, but the efforts to make our rooms up...
