"Hotel room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the communication was excellent. The location is phenomenal if you want to be close to the Duomo. My impression when I booked was that it was a private terrace but it is actually shared with 2 other rooms with some plants between to mark the space and add a little privacy. Just to know if that was a selling point for you. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. "

"Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again."

"Lovely hotel, though we were in a room next to the lift which was surprisingly noisy. Our bathroom (which turned out to be a shower room) was beautifully fitted but unreasonably small. The terrace was fine but overhyped as it is confined with multitudes of tourists streaming past which felt far from luxurious. Considering how overwhelmingly busy the location is, a roof terrace would be preferable. The staff were wonderful and the concierge, Dario, was marvellous."

"We wanted a hotel in the heart of the Florence historic area, and this was perfect. It was a ten minute walk to anything you would want to see. There are plenty of dining options in the area. The staff was very helpful and spoke exellent English. The breakfast was exellent. If your plan is to visit historic Florence this is the place to stay"

"The location was great and allowed us to walk easily from the train station with our luggage and to tour the city attractions. Our room was very quiet and clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Frustrated that it was listed that laundry facilities were available but we found out when we arrived that they no longer had a laundry room."

"Our kind host Daniel met us at the door and helped with the luggage. The room was lovely and quiet and in a perfect location, busy and close to the main piazza. Florence is a very walkable city. We felt very safe. Breakfast was served just outside our room, in a cozy sitting area.
