"The staff is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and updated, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms are clean. We had a balcony that overlooked the piazza which we loved and spent a great deal of time on, however it is over some noisy restaurant so might need earplugs. However it is worth the room!!! "

"I came for a week from the US to visit my daughter who's studying in Florence for a semester. Her study abroad advisor recommended the Social Hub. The location was great - walking distance to her school (SRISA), SMN train station, etc. The coffeemaker in the room was a big plus for me; the hot water pot was a nice bonus. We had the buffet breakfast once - delicious. Room was clean. Property was lovely and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful -- called a taxi for me back to the airport which arrived in minutes."
