"Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured. "We were happy with our stay. Our room was gorgeous and a nice size. The view from our patio/balcony oversaw Patong beach and the city. AC, TV, Wi-Fi all worked well. Staff were very nice. They kindly held our baggage after checkout for 6hrs before departing to airport without charge, thank you so much! The only cons are it’s a little pricy and located on a mountain/hill. There is a small convenience store nearby that you can access. It’s easier to walk 10mins downhill to the beach, restaurants...
