"My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. When booking, it clearly stated that all guests received free breakfast. Upon arrival, however, we were told breakfast cost 900 baht per person per day. For a family, this is ridiculous. A new booking including breakfast was actually cheaper than paying separately. The booking website confirmed that the listing clearly stated free breakfast for all guests and offered to reimburse our breakfast costs if we submitted the receipts. At least...

"Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am."
