"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"Everything was perfect! My fiancé and I had a long travel day and thankfully they had a room ready so him and I could relax. The rooftop area is gorgeous and the breakfast was super yummy with many options! "
