"I reserved this room months ago for our trip. Day of the trip, i get an email from my credit card about a potential fraud alert from a charge from motel 6. I immediately the hotel to give them the card number again and they told me they canceled my reservation and if i still wanted it, I could walk in and they MIGHT have a room.
So, they canceled my reservation the same day I was supposed to check in, because my card declined, and they didnt try to run it again or call me, and instead...

"look I know it's a studio 6 and I knew what I was getting into, I wouldn't be mad if this was the cheapest option available but it was twice as much as another budget hotel, and the location is very misleading and not at all walkable. everything was skimpy, they had no shampoo bottles, the shower was made for someone 5' tall, as were the towels, I thought they were hand towels until I realized these were the "full size" bath towels. the owners/mgmt checked the skimp box on literally every...

"This motel stinks like cleaning supplies and cigarettes staff is okay not rude probably the only bright spot and the rooms were dirty found a lot of hair in my bed and sadly some stains on my sheets do not recommend to stay here find better options "
