"Very clean room! The bed was very comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. Best hotel we’ve stayed out this entire vacation!"

"Rooms are very dark. 2nd floor had a mildew smell. We had a strong sewer smell at 1030 at night in our room. They would not let us switch rooms they said they would come and spray they did not show up. The next day they sprayed some freshener. Only one USB outlet in the room. The fridge and microwave worked. We will not stay there again."

"Driveway in the back is completely destroyed. I felt like i needed a jeep to cross it. The staff was helpful. The room was decent. Old but serviceable rooms."

"There were LOTS of birds at the entrance carport. Had to pray you didn’t get pooped on when entering and exiting. The room had a smell-not a clean smell. Went to Walmart and bought a candle to burn and it helped."

"Front desk staff are very nice . Hate to say the room and property not so much. I suppose they’re still under renovation but didn’t see anyone working on anything. I’m sure it’s all a time and money thing. If you need a decent bed and running water sure it’s fine . I assume I had a suite of some sorts and I can only speak for my room but it was a big empty area with a bed and coffee table. Stains on the cover sheet and tub . Curtains were excessively dirty a shoe box in the closet leads me to...

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. "

"The thing that made this hotel, so special were the employees! From beginning to end, they were kind and accommodating, and incredibly professional. We only stayed one night so all we needed was a clean, easy experience and that is exactly what we got. The bed was not very comfortable and the toilet paper and Kleenex were not high-quality, but other than that, it was a very pleasant stay."

"The property was not that clean. There was construction going on inside the building which isn’t anyone’s fault but it was definitely unsightly and didn’t help the look or cleanliness. We got our room and it was mediocre. Had to get another room because the toilet was broken and dirty upon arrival. Both rooms looked like they were “renovated” with mediocre, ran down, cheap decor. The paint jobs in both room were terrible. In the second room we were given, the shower water pressure was awful....

"The tub was filthy and didn’t shower there! The bathroom had no toilet paper, had to go to office to get some. The floors had not been cleaned. Seen 3 roaches while I was there. Never again will I stay there! "
