Hotels in Paradise Hills, Las Vegas

"We enjoyed our stay in a lovely room, but were surprised at the $40 per day valet fee, and the refrigerator that was pre-stocked with expensive things to purchase with no room for our personal things. The venue is HUGE so plan on a whole lot of walking. The restaurants were expensive unless you wanted to walk a very LONG way to the Food Court. The entertainment was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the Shark Aquarium. We recommend Mandalay Bay if you have a whole lot of money and good walking legs!"

"We would like to see a coffee maker and microwave in the room. Room and property were clean. The staff was friendly. The decor and wayfinding could use updating."

"Remodeled rooms are grey and boring and look like a Best Western. Beds only have two flat pillows- one for each person and could not get additional to room. AI receptionist. Asked for a room cleaning, was not done. Shower dispensers are labelled body wash, conditioner and hand soap (not shampoo, was the same soap at the sink)- 2/3 of these were empty, anyway. Family poolwas crowded and dirty and overrun with annoyed kid-free adults who could be at the regular pool. "Remodeling" lobby to something much more boring so no fun, grand theme which is the whole point of Las Vegas. The whole hotel has a very Motel 6 off the highway vibe. Absolutely disappointing."

"Casino was nice not too crowded and smokey. Lots off food chooses . But did notije that we had to pay a fee for parking every time we where in and out. Since i stayed at the hotel its schold of been one flate fee per day. So that ran up our hotel bill, yes alot was in walking distance..but to have the flexibility "

"The room was spacious, but we had a few issues. The mini fridge was not cold. The comforter on the bed was stained. The only issue we had was that we called the Horseshoe a week prior to arriving and specifically asked if the pool was open, and we were told it was going to be open by the time of our arrival. When we arrived at the Horseshoe on April 9th, we were then informed that the pool was not open and we had to use other hotel pools. When I asked the management if this was a last minute action, they said that different hotels open at different times through the season and the Horseshoe was the last one to open. I just feel like they were aware that the pool was not going to be open when I called And they didn't tell me So we wouldn't change hotels. "
