"Beautiful view at the pool"

"大自然の中にあるラグジュアリーなホテルが最高でした。"

"As always, just loved this place. "

"Good location but condition of hotel building, and the food can be improved a lot"

"This is a very old hotel, and the furnishings in the room are not up to Marriott’s usual standards. The front office staff were neither professional in appearance nor particularly helpful. One thing I found completely unacceptable was being charged 25% of the room rate for requesting a late check-out at 1:00 pm. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels, and this was the first time I encountered such a policy. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I will not be returning to this hotel."

"Overall, had a pleasant stay. However, only two complimentary bottles of water were provided per day, additional water bottle are chargeable. A water dispenser would be a great addition to improve the guest experience."

"sgt puashati dgn staf di executif floor."

"“The hotel appears somewhat dated and would benefit from a refurbishment to improve the overall experience."
