"Very nice view from 25th floor. Quiet and beds were extremely comfortable. The Kiosk debit card machine in the lobby was a great touch and was very handy."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was really nice, except for when you walk out of your room to the balcony, where we smelled urine (???) and there were people hanging out under a metal shed (homeless people?). Other than that, the hotel was in a very convenient location, and the overall vibe was very calm and relaxing, which was what we were looking for."

"The Mark is classic old school. Hadn't been here in years. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. The location is great for being close to the action yet "above it all" atop Nob Hill. Old school is good school!"
