Hotel was very nice, 15 minute walk to Dotonbori which was great for night life. Simple check in if you pre-check, the desk attendant made it a lot simpler too. Only downside to this hotel is the lack of luggage forwarding due to staff being unable accept as they are only there certain hours. Although they informed me of this via email, I replied and asked where the nearest place to send the luggage to is, and was met with no reply and I had to figure it out myself and ship to a nearby Yamato center. Other than that, hotel was very nice, and I would stay again if I traveled lighter.

Lovely japan
Great location, great reception staff friendly and helpful. Close to station and safe at night. Hotel was great and clean and safe only complaint perhaps bigger garbage bins in room in hallway next to door would be a good locations. But recommend this hotel and great value for money .

가족여행에 좋은 호텔입니다.
가족여행 갔다 왔습니다. 첨엔 위치가 좀 멀지 않나 생각되지만 어른2 아이 3 걸어다니기 좋은 위치구요 도톤보리 글리코상까지는 10분거리, 도톤보리 입구까지는 3~4분 거리입니다. 전체적으로 청결하며, 방은 아주 크고 좋았습니다. 체크인은 예약시 메일로 오는 링크로 들어가서 미리 작성해 놓으시면 편합니다. 도착 후 테블릿에 등록한 여권 들고 사진만 찍으시면 됩니다. 객실 키 찾는 것도 재밌어요 ㅎㅎ. 다음에 또 이용할 계획이 있습니다.

Easy to find and easy check in and check out. Very modern, spacious and clean. Good amount of kitchen utensils, towels. Everything we needed was there. Quiet and comfortable. We definitely will stay there again.

I liked that the rooms had a small kitchen and a washer. The beds were not comfortable. The mattress was way too soft. Also in the future I would stay in Kyoto not Osaka. The location wasn’t great.

This place is very new, clean, but very small in North American standard. It has a kitchen portion, clothes washer. But lack of space to put your stuff in the room. It could be designed with more shelves, fold table and chairs.

The room was very clean and new. Beds were comfortable! Only downside was the location is a bit far from any nearby train stations. Walkable to Namba station but took around 15-20 minutes.

Clean and comfortable apartment with everything
A Nice and clean apartments with a lobby and reception with good price. The kitchenette is well equipped of everything you needed. We are four persons but stayed in a eight persons room for a week, it is spacious and comfortable. You can walk within ten minutes of the subway and convenient to go to the shopping areas. A pharmacy shop is facing opposite to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to my friends in Osaka.
