We booked a premium twin room which said would fit 4 people. Room had two single beds and could only realistically fit two. Reported to staff and they did nothing except suggest we push the two singles together. Should not have been able to book this for 4 people and some attempt to help us out in some way by the staff would have been appreciated.

This hotel does not have laundry machine, you need to go to the other FP hotel about 5 minutes walk. Price is good, staff is good close with transportation JR and subway. Pity the area around is very dirty, so many homeless and it is not a family friendly area specially at night time. A lot of pachinko centre around it.

Aircon filter.
Aircon filter wasnt got cleaned for ages. Bad air quality and not cold at all. Finally I need to clean it by myself and started to feel the air. otherwise, average is good. Consiege was helpful. And they send a helpful staff over to fix the overheat toilet seat swiftly, quick response, and super helpful.

I liked that you can have free coffee in the lobby from 3:00pm-12:00pm. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in a good location
Very nice hotel conveniently located near a rail and subway station. Very good location. The room was a decent size. Breakfast was very good. They provided free coffee from 3pm to midnight, which was great.

The front desk staff is friendly and efficient,but the rooms cleaning staff look like unprofessional. We stayed here 7 nights , sometimes they do not take the garbage out .

Great Value
Great value for money - especially with the breakfast included (lots of variety) and the close proximity to several train stations. Super close to Shineskai and easy to get around. Our first impression of the area was that overall - it wasn’t the nicest part of town (homeless people and quite rundown area), but this has nothing to do with the area itself. If you are looking for great value - I would definitely recommend this hotel as the room was spacious and adequate.

There's no laundary facilities, not even a laundary line in bathroom. Long stay is not advised. It's nice to have lobby lounge opens from 3pm-midnight with free coffee n tea. There's also a microwave oven for use. A good place to rest n to chat. However, the male staff is unhelpful to rude while the girlstaff are pleasant n professional in handling queries. The location is super to taking JR, metro n train to airport.

Great Osaka Hotel
Hotel was great! Breakfast was great! They even let us checked in before noon! Cleaning service was great and did a great job. Room is small but great deal! Very close to JR station

There was nothing really unique according to our experience. Rooms were small, breakfast was okay, not as expected when we had booked. The hotel to our surprise did not have any dinner facilities. 2 Staff members were very helpful and were always ready to assist. One female staff member though was not very helpful and the impression given was that she did not want to assist..

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room, lobby and the hotel environment were very clean and the room was spacious. Breakfast selection was rather limited, but enough to grab a quick bite to kickstart the day. Hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, near the train station (closer to Shin-Imamiya Station). Time taken to travel to popular shopping districts and areas like Namba was short, it was very convenient. Enjoyed our stay here, one of my best hotel experiences!:) Will book this hotel again should I return to Osaka in future. Thank you.
