"Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). "Our room was on the small side, but with a nice balcony that allowed us to seat outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast was all great, except probably the scrambled eggs. But there were enough fruits, cold cuts, breads and cheeses to make it up for that."

Il balcone è stato un ulteriore elemento aggiuntivo di non poco conto. L'area SPA/Relax ci ha permesso di rigenerarci dopo le giornate a visitare posti meravigliosi. "I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...

"My room was simple but comfortable. There’s a good spread and variety for breakfast, which is included. Dinner is available (at an extra cost) and is well worth it. Close to the Mountain Museum (walking distance). There’s a bus that goes into Bolzano/Bozen, bus stop is less than 5 mins away and it takes about 20 mins to get into the city. The staff are exceptional — helpful and kind. Beautiful, scenic surroundings."
