Staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel parking is a little bit hard to find but it directly reaches the lobby. Excellent location on the Main Street and close to train station. Highly recommended.
Staff were friendly. Could speak good English. Location is really good! In-house carpark is very small but they provide alternative carpark options nearby. Walking distance to Yul rail. There is laundry room next to reception counter.
hotel is located right on the tourist busiest street. Obviously it's convenient for shopping but at the same time you can considered crowded. Overall hotel was in good condition with friendly staff.
They had an over-booking situation and so I ended up getting a small room though I had reserved a room with a double bed in order to not have a smoking room.
The location is perfect to experience Kukusai dori street and all it has to offer. The hotel is extremely quiet, feels safe and secure and the staff is extremely friendly.
No unique matter there is … we enjoyed the place cuz it’s right in the middle of Kokusai Douri . And SERVICE PLUS THE STAFF ARE GREAT !!! More power to your company !!! Will definitely stay with yiu again !!!
Great hotel but the breakfast was extremely disappointing! Very little choice and for 1650 yen, I was expecting something a little nicer. You can eat what I ate there for 600yen in an izakaya. Very disappointing. Apart from that, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable.
The make staff with spectacles is very kind, showed us the way to park our rental car, service is just what was required, fantastic
Room is clean and room services is excellent
This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Excellent location right at the Kokusaidori. Few minutes from the monorail station Kenchomae. Bathroom is spacious comparing to the usual business hotels in Japan.
My flight was delayed due to typhoon and I checked in the next day. The hotel actively refunded my first night charge. Very impressive and appreciated.
I surely will stay again and will recommend my friends especially if they don’t drive.
Fantastic location in the heart of the main shopping/tourist street. Beautiful facilities, very clean, and excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are small but normal for Japan. Parking is really difficult to find, but affordable—about $14 for 24 hrs.
The location is very good, right in the middle of KoKusai-dori And not too far from the Ken-cho monorail station. The rooms are small and don’t provide much counterspace at all
The location which was right in the middle of the shopping street and near monorail station. The room was too small for a couple but the toilet compensated for it.
Great location right in downtown Naha on Kokusai-dori. Convenience store Lawsons below attached to hotel which is handy. Check in is on 2nd floor and staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately rooms are quite small so will be tight for small families. We were traveling with 2 young kids. Nice that toilet, shower/bath, and sink are all separated so can be used all at once. There’s also a sliding door that separates this from the bedroom area. Overall good hotel and fairly new still as well and 5 minute walk away from monorail.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room is clean and comfortable. Since I booked for a 3-person-room, the room is quite pack. I understand that most of the hotels in Japan are relatively small. The staffs are nice. I have also ordered breakfast. The variety of food iare quite limited compared with another one in Naha. The location is very conivence! Overall, it is good.
Good locations but not enough parking at the hotel. However hotels do offer discounts to park at the off side parking lot. It’s ablout 5 minutes away from the hotel.
Right on International Street with shops and food in abundance. A Lawson Store is next to it. This is a business hotel with good rooms but minimal facilities. Separate toilet, bathroom and basin makes it easy for group stay.
Cosy room, nice and convenient location near to monorail station, lots of restaurants around and lots of shops nearby. Room tidy and clean, check in and out very quickly.
