"まずは施設、サイトで見た印象よりは若干年季が入っています。清潔感は有りますが、キッチン周り、お風呂のタオル掛け等メンテナンスが必要。清掃は基本行き届いていますが、使う側からの視点(湯船に浸かって)ではカビが沢山見えたりしました。今回は高層階を指定したので海も見え眺望は抜群でした。反面、どこへ行くにも距離がありましたが、暑さも和らいでいたのでいい運動にはなりました。チェックイン後、Wifiが繋がらず不安でしたが、遠くにいるスタッフの方が遅くまでサポートしてくださり翌日には解決しました。無人のオペレーションですが、安心できると思いました。"

Despite lots of kids, the lifeguard did a great job of keeping things calm, and there were plenty of loungers as well as comfortable outdoor couches. (The pool was unfortunately closed our first day and part of the next due to the approaching typhoon and then a pH check, which was understandable given the circumstances, although we were a little disappointed but what can you do.) The lounge is really nice and comfortable and an easy place to relax, although drinks were a little more expensive than expected (around ¥1,300 for a draft beer), which is probably to be expected at a resort. The 7-Eleven inside the hotel is genius. We were able to grab cheaper beer, snacks and other essentials there, which was especially appreciated by the end of a 2-week trip when we were getting a little budget-conscious. We were upgraded when we arrived through our Hotels.com VIP status - a very nice surprise. The room was huge, and the shower/bath combo were by far the best of our whole trip. A small thing worth knowing: despite the name “Harborview” and some of the photography, there isn't really a harbor or water view from the hotel. It feels fairly surrounded by other buildings. Staff were friendly & kind and we had a great stay!"
