하루전 사이트 패밀리 디럭스룸 예약 후 결재까지 완료했는데 도착 후 체크인을 하려하니 예약과 전혀 다른 작은 방을 안내하고 방이 다 차서 이방밖에 없다는 이상한 변명만 함. 사진과 많이 다른 외관에 위치도 외진 곳에 있음. 가족여행이면 추천하고 싶지 않음. 여직원만 매우 친절함 .

Good experience

Check in was fast when we arrive at 10pm. Bed and sheet was clean. Air con was cool and quiet. Water pressure was good and all basic toilet necessities was present. Stayed there for 2 nights. Down side was I’m unable to open my room with card on the second night. Has to go up n down lobby to speak to the reception. Otherwise everything will be perfect. Hotel has a very quiet surroundings.

The sound proof is bery bad..worker is unfriendly..requested hair dryer and pillow ,worker inform not available due to they already off work..having bad experience next room people knock on the door and very disturbing

The room was ok. There was no fridge. The hallway to the room was excessively warm. I was able to turn on one of the aircon while the other one wasn't working. Can stay for a night or 2.

Decent budget hotel

Simple room, basic amenities are all there. If you are looking for just a night stay this place will be good. Location is quite far from all the shopping area, if you don't drive it will be quite tough to get anywhere as hotel is inside a industrious estate. Got a normal room instead of a boutique room which we booked, but check in was fast. Overall a decent budget stay. Looks more less a converted apartment than a hotel.

Spacious and clean room

The room and bathroom were clean.. the hotel staffs are friendly. However the wifi connection is a little bit slow . Perhaps the hotel were quite fully occupied due to the Long weekend holiday. The room is spacious with clean king sized bed. Unfortunate the fridge is not working. But I’m not using it anywhere. Is a decent place for short stay and acceptable price.

Suitable for family

The family room is big enough to cater 4 family members. Can fit 1 more extra bed. Easy to get food as Giant Hypermarket is nearby. Self service laundry also available nearby. Just find in google map.

Not bad..deserved for budget and save money.

Its a 3 star hotel,well deserved.Dont expect too much and everything will look fine.Only thing need to improve..shower water pressure and for those who look for local food(bfast), its quite difficult prior to the area surrounding by industrial area.My suggestion, provide Malay food as its can consume by all races.
