"We really liked the old and historic feel of the place. It was old, yet it had most modern amenities. The restaurant/bar is located on the premises with a lovely courtyard in the back, near the parking. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room each day."

"I’ve stayed at the W before and have enjoyed my experience. I booked my daughter a room for her bday and she was asked for a $500 deposit for one night! That is insane and I wasn’t aware nor communicated about this deposit beforehand. Additionally the room wasn’t available at the time of check in. Pretty disappointed to say the least."

"We booked the Silver Lake Pool and Inn for a one-night stay to celebrate a birthday. Four of us stayed in the the queen double room and we all absolutely loved it! The view of the hills and the neighborhood were gorgeous. We loved the furniture and design (it felt like a hip and groovy house) and the beds were comfy. "The rooms were clean, I liked the retro look of the whole place. You have to have your car parked via valet, which is fine, because you know it will be safe. Valet attendants were very friendly and fast. Room was not ready at check in. Once we did get our keys, they handed the keys and that was it. No info on where the room was, nothing on WiFi, nothing.
