"Staff was excellent. Breakfast was okay. The room was freezing and hard to maintain a good temperature. Upgrades were being made at the hotel, so sometimes it was a little noisy but understandably so. I'm hoping that upgrades are also going to be done in the bathrooms. The pool was freezing and even after letting staff know the temperature never got up where it could be used and enjoyed. Parking was terrible, there were only two handicap parking spaces available for a six story hotel. I found...

"AC sucks here. I had to move three times just to find decent AC. Whenever I stay at a hotel, the AC should give me the feeling of wanting to go under the blankets the AC here gave me the feeling that I needed to go outside and be in water."

"We love staying at the queen kapolani, they staff is super nice and I love the location and views of diamond head. I love the coffee shop in the lobby and love the whole vibe. I stay here whenever I can."

"Our second time staying here. Love the calm vibe of the hotel. We came back because of how clean and well maintained everything is. All staff we encountered were kind and welcoming. 100 sails restaurant was wonderful - especially the poke nachos! Super fresh poke. Thank you for having us!"
