"The refrigerator did not cool and I contacted the property numerous times during the stay, they responded they would get someone right there but no one ever came . My husband is on a specific diet and needed certain food's available that had to refrigerated and we ended up having to continue to buy the food and eat out instead of having the food available in our hotel room."

"This was our 2nd time staying so we would have been using this hotel a lot since gkids moved to Orlando.But I was very disappointed when I called the front desk for a extra blanket and was told there were no blankets available.I think that’s pretty sad so I don’t think we will be staying again when we’re in town once a month."
