"First room the ac was broken. Second room there was a dead roach and a pubic hair in the tub. Popcorn ceiling was coming down in the shower, piece of trash in the side of the chair. Place looks vacant from the outside and there’s a reason. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights...

"Stayed for the World Cup was a great hotel a bit outside of Downtown but wasn’t a probably getting to watch parties or to the stadium for the game . Staff was great , and the hotel had everything we needed ."

"This location is completely maintained, safe, secure, near the freeway, quick commute to many businesses. I return to this location many times because of the peace and clean maintained rooms and outside property"

"We would not recommend at this state if your on vacation. Maybe for business it would be ok. The staff was very friendly. On more than one occasion we didn’t have hot water and in one room the toilet didn’t flush and the AC did not work. Hotel needs an upgrade. Pool was closed. The surroundings of the hotel also looked desolate. Empty restaurants etc and poor landscaping. The landscaping of the hotel was ok."
