I would give this property 5 stars except i had to wait over 5 minutes at checkin for someone to actually come to the front desk (approx 9pm), and i asked for a late checkout and was told it would cost $30 extra dollars for a noon checkou! (checkout is 11) I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I have never been charged for a late checkout. The room was $90+ Tax and the absurdity of having to pay extra for a late checkout. There have been times where a hotel had already granted to many late checkouts and so they tild me no, but to pay extra? I was on a work trip and i cut my morning meeting short because I was not about to pay 30% extra for an extra hour purely for the principle of the thing. This is a nice property but I will be staying somewhere else next trip unless the greedy management changes this policy. "
