"Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"I was very disappointed in this Doubletree! The room had a musty smell and it desperately needs updating. The bathroom looked like it needed a deep cleaning. The bed was like sleeping on a brick. Don’t take a truck and try to park in the garage. The roof is so low it broke our antenna. We stayed 3 nights and the more we saw, the more we disliked. Pick another place! "

"I can’t really see if there were shops nearby because we drove everywhere surface family. I didn’t see any pets, what I thought was crazy is that you had to pay $45 a night to valet your car also when we did check into a room I had dropped my phone cord on the floor when I went to pick it up in like one halfway under the bed when I pulled it out, there was a pair of dirty underwear under the bed so obviously housekeeping doing their job. "I got there early waited 3 hours to check in and then at check in time was told my room wasn’t ready so I had to wait another 9 hours I was not checked into my room til almost 10:30 at night "

"The pool and grounds were very nice, staff were excellent, rooms were clean but lacking some amenities. another issue we had was check in was 4:00pm, we arrived at 4:30pm and still waited over 2 hours to get a room. The manager did compensate us accordingly. The college spring breakers were well policed but the night pool party music was extremely loud. "

"I realize this is a historic building but it definitely could be run better. We were not informed that apparently you have to request for your room to be cleaned. I am still not clear about that. Our room was not cleaned so we called downstairs and let them know. We were told they would come clean it while we went to dinner. They did apparently come to the room and put towels and a trash bag of toiletries so we could clean and restock our room on the bed. Did they make the bed? Nope. I really...
