"Extremely clean room, very scenic, quiet, excellent location in my opinion, although it is north in part of Albuquerque. Absolutely gorgeous. There is a spa at this location. There’s golf course there is walking sidewalks extremely beautiful.!! finally come the staff very helpful, very nice."

"We spend most weekends in Albuquerque for tournaments and this was our first time staying here. We loved that they not only had breakfast included but dinner, too. My husband and I were also able to enjoy our three free drinks which was nice while our kids hung out in the dining area watching tv. The pool and hot tub are also very clean and the windows in the pool room give it the perfect ambience. It’s a little more expensive than what we’re used to, but we will gladly pay it knowing we don’t...

"Clean room. Walls in bathroom around the shower need repair. Desk staff was rude during check in and very unhelpful. Saturday morning breakfast. We informed them there was a hair in the scrambled egg pan. Only the hair was removed. The eggs were not. The oatmeal was old. The cover on the almond was sticky. I was disappointed that this hotel carries the hilton name. "

"Everything was great. I just found something in my bed and wasn't sure what it was but it was small and black and left a stain on the sheets so had those changed and was a bit worried about being in the bed. Other then that everything was great."

"Breakfast menu was fresh. Rooms were clean and new. Staff was 4 of 5. New facility. Front door parking filled each night..nice place!"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was wonderful. We loved the location of the hotel. The gas station is nearby. There are great food options nearby. And you can even walk to stuff. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Plenty of parking as well."

"I say everything was good with this hotel, except the diamond member parking/not enough handicap parking spots. The other issue is with Expedia. I will never do business with you again."

"Staff was outstanding: Alex was always ready to help;,maintenance fixed some issues as promptly as possible; housekeeping very responsive; there was only one woman manning the breakfast service-she did an amazing job! I don’t like this new style of Residence Inn. More like hotel/apartment style, unlike older style with separate townhouse arrangement. Breakfast was not special."

"Place was under construction but first staff wasn't allowing early check in turned us away but once we got checked in place was very clean that staff very helpful and informative breakfast was great and staff always attentive to her work space"

"This hotel is essentially transitional housing for unhoused individuals. There is even an office to help them in one of the rooms. Would have been nice to know this before we booked."

"One elevator for the whole place felt like we were always waiting, we were quoted two queen beds and instead had two full size that were awkwardly place on the queen bed frames. Other than that- lobby, bar, pool and location were nice."
