"I was really pleased with this stay! The room was small and perfect for a simple stay while visiting Albuquerque. The front desk people were all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was simple and everything we wanted! A place to grab a quick bite before the days adventures. The roof top bar/restaurant was beautiful and even though we didn't get a chance to eat there, the food was beautifully prepared. We only went up to look around and took some wonderful pictures of the Sandia...

"Handy hotel near the airport and great value. Staff were excellent , room clean and breakfast including more continental but with a few hot items and waffle maker. They have an airport shuttle as well that we did not use. Would absolutely recommend for the price."

"I really enjoyed my time in Albuquerque at The Imperial. The staff was more than friendly professional and polite. I liked the vintage style of the rooms and the color scheme. It reminds me of our hotels at the beach Jersey shore. I loved the Dive bar on the premises and the choice of 3 or 4 different takeout eateries onsite as well… Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely visit The Imperial again. "

"Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place. I will be calling corporate and not going to...
