"The staff perain who assigned my room was kind as well as understanding of my situation. I thank her for the room to which she assigned me. Regarding the room itself, although there was mold and missing brought in the shower, it was still mostly clean. Also, the rest of the room and furniture and air conditioner were in very good condition and fully functional. I actually felt good while I stayed there."
