"When we found a cockroach in the hide-a-bed Alex immediatly came to the room and moved us to another room. He even brought a trolly and loaded it up and moved our luggage to new room for us. He was so very kind to us in both of our stays at your hotel. We really like him and appreciated his care."

"The Room was beat up… lightbulbs missing and the toilet was clogged & unflushable from previous patrons. Coffee maker didn’t work, flies in the unit and the floor hadn’t been cleaned for ages. I threw out my socks- they were blackened on the bottom from dust and ashes. I saw 3 drug deals go down on the property. This place might be ok for a quick stay then you’ll be happy to leave without incident! Only reason for decent rating is they let me check in early"

"I will stay at Nativo every time I travel and stop in Albuquerque. The hotel has a calming ambience. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub are a great way to relax after a long drive. And the insight bar and restaurant is a major plus!"

"It was just an over night , but the beds were really comfortable and I slept like a baby. The room was clean and i didn't have to wear shoes since the floors were clean. I would say the rooms are a little roomy with extra space to keep luggage. The girl at the desk was very nice and friendly. She made you feel very welcomed. The breakfast was better then a continental breakfast. It had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gray, waffles, muffins, yogurt, cereal and juices and probably more. I...

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious. Staff was so nice and helpful. I did not get to use the hot tub or swimming pool but maybe another time. I will be staying here again."
