"On the surface cleanish, sheets and towels stained, vinyl floor doesn’t appear to get swept or washed regularly as my socks were black from minimal walking. Lack of maintenance or care for the property is evident everywhere. Exit sign hanging off the wall, an ice “room” without a door with an abandoned food bowl sitting in there during our stay and I’m sure it will be there for awhile. When we approached ice machine it smelled like it was rotting. We were in Albuquerque for a concert and options...

"This was our first time at the spark. The room was clean and spacious and parking was easy. The breakfast was a little underwhelming just cereal, bagels and snacks, no hot breakfast. Overall a good stay, but the breakfast might keep us from coming back."

"In our room the bathroom outlet did not work and that was the only mirror so it was hard to do my hair. The lights worked when you wiggled the switch. The floor’s wooden tiles were messed up, the ice machine wasn’t working and the front desk agent that checked us in did not allow me to change my form of payment. I would not stay here again."

"The staff here are so nice and helpful. The food at the bistro is always great, nice bar, nice courtyard to sit outside and eat/drink/chat. Rooms are spacious. Convenient to everything - but not too much highway noise!"

"I reserved the hotel room for 3 nights,3 months prior to the event that was scheduled. I found out I was going to arrive late to the hotel, so I called and let them know 1 month prior that I would arrive late. I again due to work load I was going to arrive even later so I called 1 week prior to my reservation letting them know I would arrive around 2 or 3 am, 1 day prior to my arrival date I gave a courtesy call reminding them I would be arriving by 3 am. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:06 am...

"Just really old , dated and needs some improving. The hair dryer did not work, the cleanliness needed work. But the staff member who helped me was out check in and check out was sooo great! "

"They only had one elevator working, the “working” elevator was sketch it had a terrible sound and vibration. Would take approximately ten minutes to get into the elevator. The restrooms had slow draining in the shower and sink the toilet would take a long time to fill up the tank."
