"My wife and I stayed at the Vanessie four nights. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The cleaning staff very friendly and did a wonderful job. The breakfast area was great. The gentlemen who ran the breakfast area is a sweetheart of a man. As for the restaurant, total crap. The two of us had been out all day enjoying Santa Fe. We decided to give the restaurant a try. "The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh.
The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "
