We had a koala in a tree right outside our room! The retreat gave us a pass to come and go freely within the wildlife park, and it is quite expansive. We took a night time tour where we got to see animals we would not have gotten to see during the day, and also took a behind the scenes tour during the day where we saw various wallabies and...

"maybe it s all in black, that s why I get to see more dust with my eyes.. but dust everywhere. and I doubt cleaners can clean thoroughly as the lights in the room is a bit deemed out. shower head was broken, so could not fix the head, I had to use backwall to fix it... "

"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."
