"This was the most remarkable place I have ever stayed. Being right with the animals, listening to the singing of the birds in the morning, and the koala growls at night, being able to visit the zoo at any time was truly magnificent. The staff were truly amazing ensuring all your needs were either met or answered. The location to be able to visit the rest of the city was perfect. A beautiful ferry ride to Sydney’s circular quay made our transportation to other tourist sites enjoyable. The rooms...

"The place was clean except parts of the flooring was dusty… it gave my kids black feet from running around the room with barefoot. Also the temporary parking area at the front of the hotel were blocked off from a wedding car that day. Although not the hotel’s fault but I wish people are more considerate as I was driving with young kids in the car trying to check in but couldn’t find any nearby parking and the visitor parking were blocked by a wedding car. Perhaps the hotel shouldn’t allow that...
