"We had a room with a queen bed & 2 twin beds. To our surprise, we had 2 bathrooms for us to use. It was a convenient. Our room was spacious- got a space for a 2 seater sofa to relax in. Room was clean. Staff were great! Breakfast had a good variety. Laundry was convenient. We would stay here again. "

"It was great in all aspects. Room is quite spacious, clean, and cozy. I didn't experience any noise issue. In the same building, convient store is just 1st floor, and subway(keihan) is undeground. It's located in safe and not crowded area. It's close to Umeda, and Namba. Staffs are all friendly and nice. Will come back!!!"

"Great area, lots of dining and shops below hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and staff was helpful and courteous. Only negative was that breakfast was expensive and not worth the money, better off getting something to eat elsewhere. "
