"The hotel rooms, hallways and gym areas were clean. Staff did an exceptional job keeping the rooms and insides looking nice. Only bad experience, maid service removed my two unopened green and sweet tea drinks that I was saving for my second of three nights. Recommend giving the staff a roster of new customers vs departing guesting so they do not take this mistake with other new guests. When it rains, a huge and deep puddle is unable to drain on left side of hotel. If you love Waffle House, the hotel has one within walking distance of the front door. An added bonus. Lobby smelled like ammonia from dog urine. Every part of the building was dirty and outdated even the outside.
