My husband and I talked to the staff about our room having a smell bad odor coming from the carpet and they agreed to have someone come in and clean and deodorize the carpet while we supposed to be gone to our family event but when we came back each time we was there for days this mail was just his words as it was when we first checked in the room. I spoke with the manager about it at breakfast the second day they still assured me that they would take care of it each day it was the same promise but was not fulfilled. I even asked him did they welcome pets they said no because the smell of the room the carpet was so stained like they had a dead dog or something in it . When we got ready to check out my husband had went ahead of me and paid the full price and I asked them about some type of refund and he said he couldn't give us any discount for anything because we had booked a room through you all. So now I'm asking what can you do to help us of what type of refund can we get from you all for the smell that we had to endure for the four days he was there my email is j o h a n n i c e c o x at yahoo.com yes sir.
