Very clean and most of the facilities you could need for a two night stay - they even have a mat put put the dog bowls on (we brought our own as we weren't aware of this but great if you are unprepared). "Postives: Great location, clean, very comfortable, quiet, on site car parking, helpful on site host (apparently dog friendly too). Tiny negatives: You quite rightly could argue that no-one should need to watch the TV in a place like Watergate Bay, but the TV reception was poor (maybe it was intentional!). Car parking spaces are a bit tight. Maybe needs a new shower at some point in the future. Otherwise all good and would stay again/recommend to others."
