Following its recent refurbishment on the whole it’s a lovely job. Would we stay again, yes we would. "The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."

"We were apprehensive after reading previous reviews, however we were positively surprised. Our family room was large and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The deco is dated but everything was clean, the staff lovely and what a view!! If you want luxury, 5* accommodation, this isn't for you. If you want a comfortable, friendly hotel to stay in while having easy access to the town centre of St Ives, this is it."

"We love this hotel! Stayed in one of their Garden Wagons, which was delightful. The menu and breakfast are superb and staff are lovely. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a family emergency and this was handled without fuss and empathy. Thank you Pig at Harlyn Bay, we will be back…"
