"The room and property was clean. Staff were friendly. I didn’t get the complementary wine. The beach was across from the hotel which is a plus I had a view of rut beach from my room. The location is perfect and there is hys access to Lincoln road and other places! The only thing I dislike was the lunch and dinner choices serve at the restaurant in the hotel. I think the menu need to be revamped a bit. But there are lots of other choices in the area "

"The room was overall clean there really wasn’t enough soap or shampoo and conditioner. The mattresses were terrible. The they don’t change anything in the room unless you’re safe for three days which is pretty standard but it the room is tiny. The people in the hotel were very nice South Beach. It’s very rundown. It’s not about the hotel. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at UMA House. Our room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was wonderful.
I do note that we booked a room for three, and there was only one king bed. There was no sofa for a third person, and very little furniture in the room. Furnishings and decor are very simple. "Room was clean AC in the living room was very cold not very strong in the bedroom. Had to maintain door open to try to get some air from the living room into the bedroom to try to sleep comfortably biggest drawback is when you want to watch TV to wind down the Chromecast only available feature built into the TV does not work properly . Does not stay connected so you cannot watch Netflix or prime video or anything properly . Lago mar needs to upgrade their televisions to have these apps readily...
