The vast lobby, with waterfall and decorative pool, add even more to the feeling of elegance. Highly recommended."

"We loved the room and the space was larger than we expected. It was very comfortable for 5 people for 7 days. We really appreciated the kitchen, laundry, and balcony with a rack for drying clothes. It is just a twenty min walk to the pier to catch ferry to aquarium or to USJ. We also took advantage of the restaurant and spa on site. It was our first time to Japan and we will definitely be back!"

"Staff and service are impeccable. They can pretty much read your mind and are prepared for your question before you even ask. Really helps with the language barrier. The ac/heat ductless units did smell a bit. Odor is probably from the mineral springs. "
