It’s clean and spacious! It’s near universal studio as well, so I don’t have to worry about getting there and returning. There’s quite a fair bit of restaurants near the train station. Great stay I’ll say!
Fantastic hotel, we choose it because we wanted to be closed to USJ, room good size, clean, staff helpful, 5 min walk to USJ, and the star of the day was breakfast! Mind blowing, many station with variety of food, well organised, delicious! Highly recommend
Room was spotless and staff was great. Rooms are large but i didnt realize the rooms were catered more to kids. Everything was low and plastic but if you have kids its great for them.
The cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel felt upscale and had everything you could need in it. Across the street from city walk, universal and the JR Station.
Great, comfortable, good size room for 4 adults. (The Deluxe Quadruple room 8th floor)
We got the room for really great price too, especially considering it was Easter time in cherry blossom season.
Staff were very helpful.
Very convenient for universal studios and universal city rail station.
Has a Lawsons convenience store in the lower floor.
Only slight downsides the entrance shoe area in the room is a bit small for 4 but they could easily extend this into the carpet area a bit.
Not the greatest view, but nice at night and can probably book a better view room for a fee.
We drink a fair bit of coffee and did have to ask at the amenities desk for refills which was a little inconvenient but as i say there is a Lawsons
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, top of our list of 5 hotels we stayed at, would absolutely recommend.
Stay here, you wont be dissappointed at the price point
The only issue I had was at check in - ages of children were not clear on booking and I had to pay a $150 fee to make them both “adults”. This was a very disappointing start to the stay.
However the room was very clean, bathroom was great, staff wonderful and location was perfect.
Booked the hotel specifically for Universal Studios. Convenient location in relation to the park and made the evening run much smoother not having to catch the train and make our way back after a long day at USJ. The train station was accessible and we were able to go into Osaka city easily
reat experience, rooms was spacious, clean and well maintained. Reasonably priced considering the location, after a long day in Universal Studios, just walk across the street and done. There ia a 24 hrs Lawson in the hotel which is very convenient. Staff great, with the exception of the gentleman working at nighttime. Would recommend for sure.

Great location for USJ. Friendly staff. Lots to choose from the buffet. Very few foreigners in this hotel, yet still catered towards us extremely well. Lawsons at the bottom - so handy. Lots of restaurants across the road, as well as Universal-City train station. Catch Ubers from nearby Hotel Keihan, just across the street. A lovely family hotel. Superior triple room was very comfortable with 2 bathroom sinks and a great bathroom. Lots of toiletries on hand. Helped us send our luggage to Tokyo. Loved this hotel!
We loved the look of the hotel, especially the light-changing elevators and star ceiling lights in the room hallways. The room itself was a good size. It was nice and bright. The Halloween bath salts were a lovely touch. It was also great that there were kids movies that played on the television. It would have been nice if the kids movies rotated. We stayed multiple nights, and after a while we got tired of Sing 2 and Despicable Me.
