"the pool was out of service which was a good part of the reason we chose this hotel was because the pool looked beautiful then turned out it’s been closed since january and knowhere does it say that when you go to book the beds were a little uncomfortable and the blankets were atrocious "

"I have stayed at this resort several times starting in 2023 and always loved the place. I most recently booked a reservation through Expedia for my stay at the Gatlinburg, TN Margaritaville Resort and was checking in on 11/24/26 and checking out on 11/26/26. Upon my arrival, I was informed by the desk clerk that there was a new mandatory $15 per day parking fee for a total of $30 for my stay. I had not been informed of the new fee with my online booking prior to my arrival and it was not listed on the Margaritaville website. Upon checkin, it was too late to cancel my booking. I understand that additional fees are sometimes necessary but they all need to be disclosed at the time of booking. I'm very disappointed"

"Proximity to the island was great! Clean rooms and Fun decor and loved the lobby shop! Although I don’t remember his name of the men who was at the front desk on 2/27 at 4pm but they were an absolute delight! Will absolutely be back! Brenda and Joshua Bell"
