"Will stay here every time we are in Reykjavik. Super convenient to everything, parking is easy and free nearby. They have free bikes you can use and super cozy sitting areas and well stocked kitchens. I cannot express my gratitude enough about how wonderful the owners treated us. They made us feel like dear friends and took such wonderful care of us. This place is a true and rare gem. "

"This place deserves 10 stars. Our experience was so good, we decided to extended our stay instead of traveling around the island. The room was very clean and spacious. The bedding was premium and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and also spacious. The kitchen also had everything you need for a quick fix. They have a small fridge, and a dishwasher. "The Exeter is in a perfect location for Reykjavik: close to everything you want to do but still quiet and cozy. They were having a Christmas Market in the garden with some great handmade items. The staff was incredibly helpful, including arranging for a taxi at 4:00 am for an early morning flight. The rooms are spare but very comfortable. The only thing I wish they had was more light."

"I didn’t opt in for breakfast. I didn’t have a thermostat in my room but it was very cold outside so leaving the window open helped keep the room cool at night. The shower is very nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. "

"It was not 3 beds that the pictures showed. Twin bed and sofa. Workt for us because we were 2 grownup and one child but had preferred 3 beds. Close to everything (Reykjavik is a smal town) but not to the bus station. Nowhere to leave bags after checking out."
