"Good value, clean warm room in the heart of Reykjavík. Check in was painless and we managed to get an early check in. It is not fancy but it does meet your needs. The big positive for this property is location, very near all the main areas for restaurants and bars but tucked out the way to be quiet. I would come back here if we come to Reykjavík again. "

Including all tour buses that stop right around the hotel. "The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it was clean. Beyond that, it felt outdated compared with other hotels in the same area. What disappointed me most was learning that the restaurant has been closed for years. This was not disclosed in advance. There was also no bar, which was frustrating, especially when other nearby hotels clearly offered those amenities. As a result, this hotel felt like nothing more than a clean place to sleep. "Gorgeous building right in the middle of downtown Reykjavik. Easy walking to everywhere. HARPA is just 5 minutes walk away. Grocery is about 8 to 10 min walk from the property."

"The hotel is an a great location for the old Town area. Bus stop #1 is only a few blocks away. Plenty of eating options and a small Grocery store next door. The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned well. The front desk staff isn’t the most friendliest and could be more helpful"
