"Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! "

"Overall, I thought the hotel was very good, and I was satisfied with my stay. However, I was extremely disappointed with the price I paid through Expedia. I paid almost $800 for the room, not including breakfast, while the hotel itself quoted the same room at $488.38, including taxes and an additional fee. In other words, I ended up paying significantly more simply because I made my reservation through Expedia. While I enjoyed the hotel and the stay itself, the large price difference made me feel that I overpaid considerably for booking through Expedia."

It would be better if the shower was fully closed with two class barriers instead of one. The breakfast was also delicious, yet more food options wouldn’t hurt. Overall it was an amazing experience at the Compass by Margaritaville! Our family truly enjoyed it."
