"Room was nice and clean. However, the water temperature in the bathroom was inconsistent. Sometimes barely hot or hot. Ice is on the third floor vs every floor. I didn’t like that. Everything else about the stay was great! Bar …. Great ! Atmosphere…. Great! Food….. Good! Staff…..Great! I went Mother’s Day weekend. They should consider doing special things on holidays such as free mimosas for mothers on Sunday. Or a single free rose for mothers on Sunday. Just something!"

"This is an absolutely fabulous hotel that my wife and I first stayed in during the late nineties, not long after it opened. It has been a joy to stay here ever since. The staff were fantastic and it was a pleasure to speak with the general manager Steve Dorcy during our stay, who was highly visible front of house supporting his staff and guests during breakfast.
