"I really enjoyed our stay at the residence Inn. The staff were very nice and I enjoyed the free continental breakfast. I loved that the kitchen in the room had everything we needed. The pool was nice and the gym has a decent amount of equipment. It was great that they provided gallon bags at the icemaker. Although the room is not brand new and some areas could’ve been cleaned better. I was very happy with our stay."

"We were not given the room we originally booked. The lights didn’t work in one room. We had no phone to call the front desk in the room. And had to look up the number and use our own phones. Front desk was extremely unhelpful. Staff weren’t friendly. One bed in our room had a huge dip in the middle. We were not given any access to WiFi passwords.
